HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?

The quickest way to contact us is by sending an e-mail to orders@backyardsportsshop.com. We do our best to respond to everyone as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 48hrs for a response. 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards. 

You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now.' Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to backyardsportsshop.com. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

We ship using USPS, UPS & DHL. Information on the expected ship date can be found via your order confirmation page.

I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH TRACKING, BUT MY ORDER HASN'T UPDATED?

Tracking information is provided when your slip is printed for your package to be fulfilled. Fulfillment of items can take 2-3 days and then the item is passed to the carrier. Once the item is picked up the carrier can take up to 5 days to scan in a package. Please allow up to 10 days from the time you receive a tracking number before reaching out via email. If after 10 days your package still has not updated, please email orders@backyardsportsshop.com and we will be happy to assist you. 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, Backyard Sports Shop cannot be held responsible for any duties and/or taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number, which allows you to locate and monitor the progress of your order. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at orders@backyardsportsshop.com. To track the progress of all orders, please visit the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Backyard Sports Shop can not be held responsible for any lost packages. 

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges. If for some reason the product you have received does not meet your expectations, please email orders@backyardsportsshop.com  within 7 days of receiving your item.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order. Once our fulfillment department has processed your order, we will be unable to cancel your order. Items in our Merch collections are final sale and cannot be canceled.

 

MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DO NOT HAVE IT. 

Please reach out to the carrier selected at checkout directly to file a claim.

Before filing a claim, be sure you’ve checked all exterior doors and other locations where the package could be placed. If you’re still unable to locate the package please file a claim  

Once a claim has been filed, the carrier will investigate if the item was indeed delivered. Based on their investigation, if they report that the item was delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We can provide assistance if the carrier reports item is lost or was not delivered.
